The children, especially the ones in Key Stage 2, had a fabulous Christmas dinner. Thanks to Mrs East and her team.
Rainbow Day for the Rainbow Hub
Rowan's class cause was raising awareness of a charity called the Rainbow Hub, which raises money for children with physical disabilities, as a result of a neurological condition or brain injury. On Tuesday we had a rainbow day. The children came into school wearing rainbow colours (any colour) and had their faces painted. It was a great day. Check out our gallery images.
Year 4 Outdoor Worship
Year 4 Really enjoyed getting rid of their worries during their outdoor worship session.

Today Blackburn Museum visited school to work with our Year 4 children.
Reception Class - Owl Babies
Our youngest children have been reading and learning about the Owl Babies, a book by Martin Waddell and Patrick Benson.
Key Stage 1 Road Safety Visitor
Key Stage 1 were very lucky to have a road safety visitor to advise them on how to be safe near roads. It was a great experience for all of the children.
Interfaith Assembly
Our children took part in interfaith assemblies to learn about other faiths. Year 6 created Budhist prayer flags.
